Here you can easily browse the municipality’s facilities and book the one that best suits your needs.
To book a facility, you must be logged in and have completed your profile information.
Follow these steps:
- Search for the resource or facility you want to book.
- Click the calendar icon to view available times.
- Double-click an available time slot in the calendar.
- Fill in the booking form.
- Complete your booking by proceeding to payment in the shopping cart.
Important information:
Access: To enter the facility you have booked, you will need a four-digit code, a tag, or a key. If you have received a code, it will be shown in your booking confirmation and no tag or key is required. The code is valid from 30 minutes before your booking and until 30 minutes after, to allow time for changing.
Tag/Key: Some facilities require a tag or key, which will be stated in your booking confirmation. Tags or keys can be collected at the Service Centre at Rosvalla, Idrottsvägen 12, 611 62 Nyköping.
Invoice payment: If you choose invoice as your payment method, your booking request must be approved by an administrator. To ensure efficient processing, please plan your booking in advance, preferably at least one day before, to allow time for administration.
Direct payment: For certain gymnasiums, direct payment can be selected as the payment method. The booking is confirmed immediately and does not require administrator approval. Payment can be made via Swish or card.
